Over the last year, I've bought Le Havre, Ora & Labora and Caylus to try to get that Agricola feel.

I think Le Havre delivers the most satisfying game play.

The half dozen games of Ora & Labora that I've played feel long and drawn out.

Caylus, like another post mentioned, is a bit abstract. It's also very unforgiving. I just sold my copy of Caylus.

But since some of the mechanics of Caylus are pretty interesting, I just bought Belfort to fill that gap. Belfort feels a lot like Caylus but blended with other game mechanics. It's a blast to play.
