when zev ran the show it was great, but since they were taken over it's been downhill ever since. not only that, but when contacting z-man customer service you may get different answers depending on who you talk to.
Not to rag on Z-man, but yeah, their entire customer service operation has really tanked basically from the day they sold to Filosofia or whoever. I've sent them multiple emails about stuff, including joining their group of game reps, and never got a single reply.
If there's a game I want that they print, I'll still buy it, but they sure don't get a good rap anymore in my book.
