It's easy enough to do and will save you fannying about counting at the end, but I'm not convinced it will be useful to help you "blocking their action", once you get to grips with the game you will see the chokepoints naturally, and it's more about making sure you get in the right buildings at the right time and blocking when it's obviously good. What I mean is I don't think there are occasions when you need to see that you are 20 points behind rather than 2, if there is an action that's capable of him reeling in 20 odd coins to catch you up, you will know about it without needing a scoretracker, there are only a handful of buys and/or actions that this is regarding, but I still think for maintenance of the bits, a score track is a nice thing to have↧
