hi, i've bought Le Havre the complete edition with all promo cards, i've seen that the Stardard number cards is low related to special number cards and it is strange.I play solo and in a complete play mode i will see maximum 4 os latest instead each times i will play Le Havre i will see the same Standard cards (where is variability?).
What's wrong in my consideration?
