by ddyerLe Havre has so many paths, you have to be very aware ofwhat your opponents are planning. It's completely plausiblethat your opponent's style makes some plans unworkable.

by tumorous Yes. This is the "Complete Edition," which includes Le Havre: Le Grand Hameau and all existing promo cards. (The previous standard English edition contained the former, but not the latter.)
