I actually contacted Lookout about a month ago re: this very question. They referred me to Z-Man.I contacted Z-Man, and have yet to receive a response. (Just as a counterpoint, In the Zev days, I contacted them after my mom's dog chewed up three unique Pandemic cards, and offered to pay whatever was required for replacements. A week later I got three free cards in the mail.)
UPDATE: Literally two minutes after posting this, I checked my e-mail and there was a response from Z-Man, to the same effect as the message above. I guess they get credit for getting it in under the arbitrary wire...
