I find it fairly difficult to score under 200 once you understand the basics of the game. No clue what my score was the first time I played Le Havre, but you should always be aiming for 200 to 250 on average. Although if the enemy is fairly weak and let's you get away with stuff you can probably get up to 300.Also, Le Havre is pretty much a 3 player game only. I've played it twice with 4 and once with 5 and they all were extremely flat. You might be able to score higher in 4 with some of the big scoring buildings, but I tried to block out those games from my memory since they were so painful.
