Strategy:
[o]As always I get distracted midway through, and since I hate counting turns I often end up having to abort my plans halfway through. Fortunately, in a solo game nobody is stealing the good offers and you can easily snag a building before the town does, so I managed to pick myself up enough time.
I really wanted to use the Clothing Industry, but I never got enough hides to justify doing anything except ship finished leather out (which was a better return). Other than simply trying to feed everybody, I settled on building all the good buildings, and getting the second ship of each pair to improve my points a bit.
At the end I did the usual and shipped all my stuff I could...since I never got to build my luxury liner I had two steel and one coke left over, and all that leather I'd been saving up for the clothing industry.[/o]
