I can't opine on that comparison, because I've not played any of the other games solo, but I did enjoy Le Havre solo as a puzzle for my first game of it last week. I then watched a couple of play thrus with more people. With my exceedingly limited experience of Le Havre, some thoughts:Biggest Pro:
-- More turns than you get in multiplayer
-- Resources aren't as tight because of it (compared to what I saw in play thrus)
Biggest Cons:
-- You lose some critical features of multi-player (e.g., resource payments from other players landing on your building, blocking/being blocked from using a building)
-- You don't get as many buildings in play.
