I have the new 2017 English version with all the expansions and this sounds right. Mine says copyright 2016 and the number of cards matches, though when he says 160, he is including things like loan cards and turn overview cards which is unhelpful - but I got my calculator out and it does all add up to 160. The important thing is that it should say "82 special building cards".↧
