This is one of the nuances of the game and strategy that I absolutely love (special buildings, especially if your resource pool is set up to capitalize on them when they turn up).
I was playing a 2 player ios game and the Baguette Shop turned up during the last 3rd of the game. I just happen to have enough bread and fish to sell for francs! This helped tip the game in my favor.
Have you discovered any "general" strategies that always seem to be useful no matter the game circumstances, or any "specific" strategies that are very dominant in certain situations?
