There's only two choices of edition, German or Australian. If they don't specify German then you should be fine.by iidhaegn
Most of the "big" olgs' have copies in stock right now: Cool Stuff Inc, Thought Hammer (specifically, one in ding and dent), Miniature Market, and Fair Play Games. All of these should be the proper version. You can double check, but they looked right to me.by Salimo
Thanks, I thought there were more older editions floating around and was mostly trying to avoid them. It seems I was wrong and that anything I can buy is going to be the new edition. I am most likely going to use Amazon ("Prime" shipping is tough to beat), the problem is I can't tell if it's the new edition or not, but it seems from what everyone here is saying that it likely is.by framebrain

Maybe Google has been spending too much time trying to keep Android afloat to work on their translate service, but their translations are still poor. I discovered and used the relatively new Microsoft translator on this and it seems fine.by dcorban
There are quite a few interesting comments in this article.by Takezo Qc
The name could be using names of 2 neighborhood of the city.by ldsdbomber
weird, I quickly copied and pasted it but had not seen there was no english translation there, as on the agricola article I linked from the same siteby harley9699
Tried to put this all together, with Eng versions. Says all the image parts are 'broken' (except the "classes" zip). Double clicking the main jar only opens to a meta inf folder. Did make the 2 files, that were omitted, beforehand. Ideas? Thanks.by Ponton
You need to un-rar the images. Did you do that? What OS do you use?by grant5

We love Agricola and was looking at Le Havre.. Would we like this game? Thanks..by NBAfan
If using lots of different resources to build things and make money sounds fun to you, then you will like Le Havre.by LSMB
Looking at many reviews and comments, it seems there are many people who like one of these games and not the other.by Elltrain
It depends what you like about Agricola. In Le Havre, you take turns collecting resources, building and activating buildings. It's not really that similar to Agricola.by hentzau
I more or less stopped playing Agricola once I got Le Havre. Seems a lot less frustrating than Agricola. But that's just me. If someone said "Let's play Agricola!" I wouldn't hesitate. But point me to a shelf with the two games on it and I would reach for Le Havre first.by furtherbum
Yes.
